The Centre for Continuing Education in Crafts (ZWH) is a nationwide service facility of the Crafts Organisation, based in Düsseldorf and Berlin. We develop teaching concepts, course documents and examination tasks for the educational establishments of the craftsmanship, qualifying instructors, lecturers and examiners, advise on educational management and offer services in the areas of digital learning, sustainability and event management. On behalf of the EU and of federal and regional ministries, we conduct national and international projects on labour market and education policy issues. For our location in Dusseldorf or Berlin, we are looking for a*n for the INQA network office – first terminated until 30.11.2026 with option for determination. Supporting networks for the protection of skilled workers and the change of work in their establishment, development and professionalisation through consulting and networking Development, moderation and implementation of workshop offers on network work and specialist security with analog and digital formats to support network actors in their work Tracking up current trends in the field of specialist safety through intensive and communicative network work Support in preparing and implementing major events with up to 300 participants

A completed university degree in the field of organisational development, economic education, social sciences, political sciences, sociology or comparable courses Expertise in network consulting and experience in scientific work Experience in the implementation of publicly funded projects or Orders Experience in dealing with ministries and social partners A pronounced organizational institution with an independent, target-oriented and result-oriented working method is indispensable. You have character characteristics such as communication strength, team skills, fast conception and curiosity for new topics in the context of specialist safety and the transformation of the working world. You bring a great readiness to travel.
