As Administrator Supply Chain and Sales, you are the main contact partner:for all non-technical customer requests for reagents and make sure that customer satisfaction is at the highest possible level.

THE INDUSTRIAL MADES You are responsible for the comprehensive customer support for all logistic, financial and organizational issues. If the customer has a question, he turns to you. Ensuring a very good relationship with the customer is of course for you. You act according to the specified work plan, analyze the request and pass the information to the customer and to internal interfaces. You coordinate customer requests, process rejected orders, credits, direct debits, and EDI interfaces, manage residues, monolots and ensure delivery schedules and standard orders. Establishing and updating customer master files (e.g. delivery address, billing address, customer portal data) with the support of our shared service center are part of your daily tasks. You start market analyses and evaluate them. Again and again, you take projects to improve or implement processes in the supply chain and bring your ideas with you.

You have completed a Bachelor's degree in Business with interest in Supply Chain or appropriate training and are looking for your new professional challenge. You convince with your hand on and service. Absolutely necessary are good Excel identifiers; Nice-to-have but no requirement is first experience with Salesforce. We are also pleased to have experience in commercial management and SAP knowledge. You have fun working in an international environment and are a strong team player in collaboration with sales, finance and customers. We expect very good knowledge of German and English for customer contact and for internal communication. The current job owner is in parental leave, so the job is limited until 30.09.2028.
