IT Application Manager SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (m/f/d)

We are facing the start of a pioneering transformation project: the modernization of our entire HR IT landscape from scratch. As a central core system, SAP SuccessFactors will form the basis for our digital HR processes of the future. For this exciting building phase, we are looking for a passionate and experienced application manager (m/w/d), who not only ensures future operation, but actively contributes to the introduction and strategic development of SAP SuccessFactors (especially Employee Central) and, in close cooperation with the specialist areas, lays the foundation for a modern and service-oriented application landscape. Your responsibilities Responsibility for architecture, operation and strategic development of the SAP SuccessFactors Suite (in particular Employee Central) Active implementation and optimization of further modules (e.g. recruiting, onboarding) and support of the HR departments in digitization Responsibility for system configuration and integration of upstream and downstream systems for cloud solution via the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Acquisition of 2nd level support and complete incident and problem management, including customer communication and coordination of IT-internal areas Recording customer requirements (Change management) and coordinating implementation in the release and deployment process Analysis, structuring and documentation of the supported software solutions and the definition and coordination of Service Level Agreements (SLA) with our internal customers

have a successfully completed study of (economic) informatics, business management or a comparable qualification or Training in IT brings well-founded professional experience in the implementation, configuration and support of SAP SuccessFactors (in particular Employee Central). Ideally you have already successfully implemented at least two end-to-end projects ideally have knowledge in other modules such as Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding or Compensation & Benefits as well as experience in SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) has a very good understanding of global HR processes, system interfaces and automation potentials as well as strong knowledge in project management (classical/agil) and experience in the subproject management of IT transformations are IT service manager with passion, live an excellent customer service and have experience in IT service management according to ITIL brings together team spirit, communication strength and a solution-oriented, proactive way of thinking moderates workshops sovereignly, sharing your knowledge with colleagues and can clearly structure and easily convey complex technical facts speaks fluent German and can also communicate well in English in word and writing
