Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management, EMEA (m/f/d)

Takeover of a key role in the further development of the supply chain management organisation in the EMEA region Head of supply chain workstreams in European footprint, restructuring, production relocation and growth projects Translation of requirements from production shifts into concrete measures in material planning, sourcing, logistics and storage Assessment of operational and commercial impacts of footprint changes, including material flows, storage capacities, material availability and location readiness Support for supply chain construction in the context of growth initiatives, including supplier onboarding, supplier development and scalable operational processes Improvement and stabilization of processes in the fields of sourcing, material planning, logistics and storage Creating transparency about operational and structural supply chain risks and strengthening data-based decisions based on ERP/SAP systems Close cooperation with local SCM organisations, operations, manufacturing, finance and regional management teams in EMEA and functional leadership in an international matrix organization

Complete studies in supply chain management, engineering, business management, logistics, operations management or a comparable qualification At least 12–15 years of comprehensive professional experience in supply chain management in an international industrial production environment Wide experience in strategic purchasing, operational purchasing and material planning, logistics and storage; Experience in at least three of these areas is particularly desirable proven experience in transformation, restructuring, production shift, footprint or growth projects in the production environment Embossed understanding of end-to-end scale-chain processes, including supplier management, material availability, inventory management, logistics and production supply Solid ERP process understanding, ideally SAP, as well as the ability to use system data for planning, risk assessment and decision making Experience in international matrix organisations and the ability to influence stakeholders across functions, locations and countries Strong project leadership, seniority and credibility as a savings partner for senior management; fluent knowledge of German and English as well as readiness to travel within Germany and EMEA
