In this function you are responsible for the German accounting, the collection of financial transactions, the balance of accounts and the management of receivables and liabilities. The function also includes the preparation of reports and the guarantee of compliance with the relevant legal regulations.

Processing of invoices, their payment, maturity tracking, supplier contact

Takeover of reporting

Pay and salary billing (passive): forwarding of documents to the tax office, contact person for questions

Monthly and annual accounts

Close cooperation with the foreign parent company

Processing of insurance and legal documents

Optimization and implementation of financial analyses

Studies or equivalent degree or training in the commercial sector

Experience as an accountant or in a similar function

Advanced English skills

Knowledge of accounting software and MS Office

Understanding annual accounts and main book functions

Detail accuracy and financial precision

Analytical and problem-solving skills
