(Junior) HR Specialist (m/f/d)

• Personally responsible implementation of monthly pay and salary billing including care and administration of personal data

• Contact person for employees, executives and external bodies for billing-relevant questions

• Communication with health insurance funds, financial offices and other authorities

• Creation of certificates, evaluations and personal documents

• Support in contracting and administrative personnel processes

• Participation in recruiting, for example in candidate correspondence and organisation of interviews

• Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with further training in staffing

• Professional experience in wage and salary accounting and good knowledge in wage tax, social security and labour law

• Experience with Sage HR Suite for pay billing and GFOS in the field of time management

• Structured, careful and self-responsible operation

• Embossed service orientation as well as a reliable handling of sensitive data

• Communication strength and joy in cooperation with people
