Sustainability Report: You take over the creation and further development of our Sustainability Report - from data collection to analysis to presentation. You make sure that all regulatory requirements (e.g. CSRD/ESRS) are met. Sustainability strategy: As an experienced specialist in the sustainability team You also have a central role in managing and developing our sustainability strategy. Data management: You work closely with our specialist departments to collect relevant ESG data. Standards and Innovation: You ensure compliance with European sustainability standards and actively participate in the development of innovative, sustainable solutions in the company. Regulatorics in mind: You recognize opportunities and risks related to current regulations and develop implementation measures. Reporting and communication: You’ll create reports and presentations for different target groups within and outside the company and help us make our sustainability strategy visible both internally and externally for customers, partners and other stakeholders.

Your educational path: You have successfully completed your studies in the field of sustainability management, environmental sciences, business management or in a comparable field. Alternatively, you bring a comparable training. Your strengths: You have professional experience in sustainability reporting or in adjacent areas such as CSR or environmental management. You bring a very good understanding of ecological and social issues, ideally in the textile industry and know you with relevant standards and guidelines (e.g. CSRD, ESRS, GRI). Your profile: You are communicative, team-oriented and you are going on your own initiative and motivation. Structure, solution orientation and enthusiasm for sustainability are what distinguishes you. To do this, you bring strong analytical, organizational and presentation skills as well as a hands-on mentality. Flowing German and very good English skills complete your profile.
