A task that challenges. You are the heart of service quality management in the department and are actively and constantly contributing to quality improvement. You take care of all technical and non-technical SLA measurements including their reporting. You work with all teams individually and together on quality concepts to improve the contractual service and your own claim. You are involved in contract negotiations on the Service Manger to establish suitable SLA measurements in new contracts. You actively enter the communication with the Service Owner when SLA's are injured. You take care of the department-wide RCA process in case of malfunctions.

You have many years of experience in architecture and service level agreement topics. You have very good figures and process understanding. You can feel good in technicians thanks to your understanding of business and technology. You have completed technical or economic studies or comparable training.
