Successfully completed studies (Dipl.-FH or Bachelor) in the field of Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable course of study and multiannual professional experience in the mentioned field of work or a successfully completed IT vocational training with multiannual professional experience in the mentioned field of work and in combination with extensive training in two other IT fields (e.g. in IT Architecture, Requirement Engineering, Platforms for Digital Technologies or Service Management) Knowledge and experience in current IT technologies, in particular understanding of technical contexts, system architectures / architecture sketches as well as an overview of common hardware and software products Experience in contact with customers (e.g. from consulting, support or project activities) Experience with a ticket system readiness to call is assumed Very good German knowledge in word and writing (at least language level C1)
