Senior Manager EHS (m/f/d)

Professional and disciplinary leadership of the EHS team as well as control of all EHS resources outside the direct team (security officer, external advice) Further development and implementation of the EHS strategy in accordance with legal, regulatory and internal requirements Responsibility for the effectiveness and further development of the EHS Management System incl. ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 as well as ensuring existing certifications Ensuring compliance with applicable and future EHS-relevant laws, standards and Stryker regulations Establishing effective EHS risk management (risk assessments, incident investigations, emergency management, prevention measures) Control of EHS-Change Management Processes for Changes to Plants, Processes and Investment Projects Creation, analysis and reporting of relevant EHS key figures for internal and external stakeholders Participation in EHS budget planning and ensuring cost-conscious implementation Initiation and management of strategic, possibly cross-departmental projects for efficiency enhancement and cost optimization

Required qualifications: Completed studies in medical technology, natural sciences, environmental technology or comparable qualification

At least 10 years of activity-specific professional experience in the EHS sector

Insufficient experience in the regulated production environment, optimally in global-acting companies

high degree of autonomy, sense of responsibility and social competence

Comprehensive understanding of goals, processes, resources, strategies and interactions of multiple subfunctions within the parent function

Flowing German and English

Preferred qualifications: Expertise in Quality and/or Manufacturing
