As the largest free carrier is the association of evangelical daycare facilities with over 1,400 employees in 65 kitas with more than 4,700 seats for children

from 0 to 10 years in Bremen.

For our day care center in the Evangelical community of Gröpelingen and Oslebshausen we are looking for

as of 01.08.2026 a social education specialist (m/w/d). The weekly working time (in a central job) is unlimited up to 38.5 hours per week.

The Kita is a center of gravity and index facility and offers its approx. 25 educational

Professionals for 126 children aged eight weeks -6 years with and without need for support and early childhood education in 8 groups.

Your tasks

Requirements

State recognition as an educator:in

good communication capability

an empathic and esteeming attitude towards children and their families

Ready to develop personally and professionally

an extended management certificate without relevant registration
