You take over the complete operational purchasing management: collect offers, compare prices and negotiate, trigger orders, keep an eye on dates, check invoices You are the central contact person for suppliers as well as logistics and transport partners - in writing as by phone If necessary, you coordinate customs and shipping issues, including the coordination of delivery conditions, the provision of relevant documents and the communication with forwarding, customs agents and, where appropriate, Authorities You check order confirmations and agree closely with stock, quality assurance and accounting You will provide relevant data in the ERP system and provide continuous process optimization

You have a commercial training or comparable professional experience In purchasing as well as in order processing, you know the best Processes in the international environment are familiar to you – ideally from a producing or export-oriented company Ideally, you have already experienced customs and export processes and willingness to work deeper into this area Direct contact with partners and customers is fun and you communicate service-oriented and clear and feel comfortable in negotiations You can do German safely and also in English you can communicate well in writing and oral With MS-Office, especially Excel, you work routiniert and at best have the ability to gain first experience with ERP systems You work structured, independent and think solution-oriented In the team you are reliable, strong and well organised
