You train our young people and young adults in the field of office management and guide them professionally. In particular, you are responsible for the exam preparation of our final groups as well as the acquisition of companies for the placement of the participants in internships and accompany the operational training phases. In addition, you give our participants key skills and social skills related to the work environment. To accompany our participants in the best possible way, you work regularly with other trainers. You develop individual support plans in the team, document the development of the participants and start offerings for professional orientation and preparation. You actively shape our training area by optimizing processes and structures.

You have a corresponding professional training with professional experience in the commercial sector or a comparable qualification with deeper professional experience in the field of education and training. You bring an instructor skills or are willing to acquire them. The communication of your knowledge and practical experience as well as the use of digital media gives you great pleasure. As an organizational and communication talent, you can take the initiative and identify yourself with our mission to enable young people to start their own lives. You have a class B license.
