As a medium-sized company, we have been working in the Northern and Central German area in specialized deep construction for over 30 years. With our around 40 employees, we are working on projects from housing, school and industrial construction as well as engineering and bridge construction. Our core competence is the planning and production of pile foundations. However, complete construction mines are not a new country for us, as we have also realized larger, complicated projects in this area, using the entire range of specialized deep construction. Your role – Entrepreneurial designer in special depth construction In this key position, you take responsibility for the strategic and operational development of our office in Pinneberg. Their focus is on developing the site successfully and, in particular, developing the building mines in a sustainable manner. Overall responsibility with design playroom: You control the office independently and develop the location together with your management team economically and strategically. Strategic expansion of the construction pit business: You establish and strengthen our expertise in the field of construction pits and develop new market potentials in the field of special depth construction. Operational excellence: You are responsible for the economic management of the office, ensure appointment, quality and cost objectives and create efficient structures for sustainable success. Leadership & Development: You lead your employees and develop the team professionally and personally.
