IT Demand & Project Managers (m/f/d)

In our team “IT-Project- & Portfolio Management” we ensure that real digital added value is created from the requirements of our departments. We are a well-established, experienced team and are now looking for reinforcement for the independent support of our growing project landscape.

Your role: Designer at the interface You are the central IT contact for our departments. Your focus is on structuring needs, finding solutions and successfully implementing them in projects. In doing so, you start with responsibility for smaller to medium-sized IT clients and grow with your tasks into more and more complex projects. We will now look for you at one of our locations in Oldenburg or Aurich or Bremen or Hannover and the whole hybrid.

Demand management & consulting: You advise the specialist departments on their requirements and show how You can be implemented in a technologically meaningful way. Review & Priority: You will check incoming IT projects with regard to their feasibility and strategic relevance for our portfolio. Solution in the team: In close coordination with our IT architects, you evaluate new software solutions on the market and see if You fit into our cloud landscape. Project management (end-to-end): You control IT projects from the first idea, to the selection of external service providers, to the successful go-live and ensuring service delivery. Portfolio participation: You actively work with our comprehensive IT project portfolio management and help keep track of all digital projects. Standardization: You continuously develop our processes in request and project management and define standards for efficient cooperation.

You already bring first sound experience in IT project management or business analysis and look for an environment where you can really move something. Basic: You have a study of (economic) informatics, business management or a comparable qualification. Experience: You could already accompany IT projects – ideally in a modern cloud environment – and know the processes from the requirement to the rollout. IT affinity: You have a good understanding of modern software (SaaS) and digital processes. Communication strength: You can accurately record requirements, explain complex issues in a comprehensible manner and negotiate with external partners safely. Working methods: You work structured, keep track of parallel topics and love pragmatic, “fit-for-purpose” solutions. Perspective: You have the drive to constantly develop and gradually take on more responsibility in larger projects.
