We are looking for you to strengthen our growing Transaction Advisory Services team at the Cologne site! As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will experience the comprehensive consultation of the transaction processes of our clients (private equity companies, family offices, banks and various medium-sized companies in Germany and abroad). You will participate in the implementation of Financial Due Diligence projects in the national and international framework. Together with your colleagues, you will develop and solve complex issues in business transactions, create financial models and support for issues related to purchase price allocation.

You have at least two years of professional experience in the fields of transaction consulting / deal advisory or purchase price allocation (PPA) and want to go the next step in your career? You will also bring a successfully completed degree with focus on corporate finance, assessment, accounting or controlling as well as secure knowledge in HGB and IFRS.
