• Experience in the operation of CNC milling/turning machines
• Experience in processing complex geometries
• Safe handling in drawing reading and measuring equipment

• Ability to team work and standby for shiftwork

Your Tasks as CNC Machine Guide (m/w/d):

• Preparing, equipping and manufacturing the manufacturing capability of CNC machines
• Creation of programs for CNC machines
• Manual and automated handling of hard metal green parts
• Optimize programs, monitor machine running, troubleshooting, eliminate simple machine malfunction independently
• Complete production of partially complex carbide green parts
• fixing of suitable clamping means and cutting values
• Definition of the procedure based on drawings and customer specifications, taking into account the quality requirements
• Set, set and measure tools
• independent measurement and testing of workpieces
• Active participation in the continuous improvement process
• compliance with the required quality features, specifications and safety regulations
• Complete testing and documentation of quality requirements
• Maintenance and cleaning operations according to plans, monitoring of maintenance intervals
