Microsoft 365 & SharePoint Specialist (m/f/d)

Consulting, design and development of Microsoft‐365‐ and SharePoint solutions. Operation and expansion of the SharePoint-Online environment and the design of a consistent information architecture (structures, metadata, permissions). Ensuring AI/copilot readiness through clean data structures, content types and indexing. Administration and optimization of the M365 cloud environment (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive). Analysis and optimization of business and IT processes and the development of digital workflows with Power Automate. Creation and maintenance of governance requirements, documentation and best practice standards. Support for migrations (e.g. from the File-Server to SharePoint Online) as well as close cooperation with IT, data protection and works council, including user training.

You have several years of professional experience in the Microsoft‐365 environment with a focus on SharePoint Online, as well as a well-founded knowledge of administration and governance. You have very good knowledge of SharePoint Online (information architecture, permissions, metadata) as well as a safe handling of Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and Power Automate; Knowledge of Power Apps and Viva are beneficial. You have experience in the analysis, structuring and optimization of business and IT processes. A strong communication skills, consulting skills and joy in supporting users shape your work. A structured, reliable and quality-oriented way of working distinguishes you. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile.
