About the position: Our partner company is looking for you as a staffer (m/w/d) to strengthen the team in Hamburg. This position is a fixed-term employment for 12 months with the option to take over. As HR Specialist, your focus is on the team's operational relief in day-to-day business. Thanks to your organizational power, you always keep an overview: HR administration: You take over the processing of the HR post, plead the document management (release & archive) and start contracts, standard writing and testimonials in coordination with the supervisors. Support for HR-IT introduction: You actively accompany the implementation of a new HR tool and use this as well as MS Dynamics safely in the daily business. Works Council Coordination & Processes: You prepare works council hearings, coordinate them and accompany internal HR processes. Invoicing & fleet administration: You take the formal examination and booking of invoices (interface to the financial department, no payroll) and assist in administrative processing. Additional HR topics: Depending on the utilisation and experience, you can also support the team in HR evaluations or in recruiting.

Job experience: You have already gained first professional experience in the operational HR field and have a basic understanding of employment contracts. Languages: You speak German (mind. C1/C2) and good English (mind. B1). Soft Skills: You are an organizational talent with service and you want to work in the team. A careful and structured way of working distinguishes you.
