As HR Specialist, your focus is on the team's operational relief in day-to-day business. Thanks to your organizational power, you always keep an overview: HR administration: You take over the processing of the HR post, plead the document management (release & archive) and start contracts, standard writing and testimonials in coordination with the supervisors. Support for HR-IT introduction: You actively accompany the implementation of a new HR tool and use this as well as MS Dynamics safely in the daily business. Works Council Coordination & Processes: You prepare works council hearings, coordinate them and accompany internal HR processes.
