You guide the entire market and ensure a smooth run in the daily business You lead your team, motivate and develop your employees You convey income and cost awareness and have the key figures You are a contact person for our customers and go ahead in sales with a good example You plan and tax actions, sales activities and marketing activities For an attractive product presentation and a well-kept market image You are responsible for stocks, flow of goods and stock organization You work closely with shopping and other areas

experience in retail, ideally in garden, pet or comparable leadership experience and joy in developing a team A structured and organised way of working and decision-making Embossed communication capability and safe occurrence Sales talent and customer orientation Knowledge in one or more areas such as pet, garden, fertilizer or plant protection is advantageous Loadability and flexibility in daily business driving licence class B
