This is a part-time job (25 to 30 hours/week) for our forest kindergarten Eulennest in Gerbrunn. The essential difference to conventional kindergartens is that the supervised children with their caregivers spend the day of the kindergarten in the open nature. Outdoor activities take place in any weather; prefabricated toys are largely dispensed with. In addition, you work intensively with the parents of the children. They have recognised in our introduction text and could imagine being part of the AWO. They have a successfully completed educational training as a child caregiver. They possess empathy, team capacity and sense of responsibility. They enjoy working with children, are weather-proof and inspire nature. They are mobile because of the location of the natural kindergarten (background: ÖPNV is not enough, bicycle or car). Uncertain yet?
