HR Controller / Personalcontroller (m/w/d)

Our approximately 10,000 employees at more than 150 locations in the regions northeast and northwest (Bezirke Berlin, Dresden-Görlitz, Hamburg, Hildesheim, Magdeburg, Oldenburg, Osnabrück and Erfurt) are centrally supervised by the personnel department of the regional office in Lohne. We continue to grow – that is why we are looking for reinforcement by experienced employees in the field of personal controlling in unlimited full or part-time employment (up to 39 hours/where).

You develop reports and key figures to support personal economic decisions – including KPI definition, deviation analyses and action recommendations You support personnel and business planning as well as financial statements by providing relevant data You analyse and predict staff costs and take steps to control that are consistently followed You provide information for management and executives – e.g. B. for negotiations, tenders or tariff reports You create high data quality and develop control tools, databases and reporting systems You are training and advising executives and users (m/w/d) in dealing with personalised key figures You work in cross-departmental projects and agree closely with financial controlling and other interfaces

Complete business studies with a focus on controlling or human resources management – or a comparable qualification, e.g. a commercial vocational training with corresponding training Insufficient professional experience in the field of personal or financial controlling High digital affinity and safe handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel Ideally experience with SAP HR as well as reporting tools Embossed analytical thinking capability with high target and result orientation Strong social competence with regard to communication and cooperation Structured and precise operation as well as a highly pronounced number affinity A positive basic attitude towards the Christian values of the Malteser
