Group Leader in Quality Assurance in the Public Service (m/f/d)

Leadership and team development: You take over the leadership of a competent and dedicated team. Quality Assurance: Together with your team, you are responsible for a central task of the Baden-Württemberg Insurance Association: application processing, process and result quality in the case of approved services in outpatient care. Standards & Processes: You contribute to the development and implementation of uniform standards and processes for the field. Digitization: You support your team with upcoming changes in the context of digitalization and actively introduce your own ideas. Knowledge Management: You ensure that technical information and legal requirements in the field of quality assurance are accessible to all colleagues (m/w/d) and are available as contact persons (m/w/d) for interface issues. Commission support: With your team, you will support the Quality Assurance Commissions and accompany commission meetings for reports on the situation or presentation of opinions.

Qualification: You have a training as a management specialist (m/w/d) or a completed study in Public Management, Health Management, Economic Law or a comparable field. Team responsibility: You ideally bring experience in the management of employees, live a modern leadership understanding and promote the further development of your team. Expertise: You have a good understanding of the guidelines, laws and treaties of quality assurance in outpatient care. Knowledge of contract medical law and the fee regulations are advantageous. Personality: You like to take responsibility for a team and are characterized by a high degree of decision-making and enforcement.
