Working Student HR (m/f/d)

To strengthen our HR team, we are now looking for a working student (m/w/d). Our location in Esslingen directly at the Neckar is one of the newer TKE locations and is still under development. Many areas are already successful, and at the same time there are numerous topics that need to be structured, optimized and further developed – also in HR. For you this means: a lot of design space and the opportunity to actively participate in building. As part of our small HR team with four colleagues, you will gain insights into all areas of personnel work and support us where new tasks are created daily in a growing environment. • Operational support: You support our HR team in the daily business – for example in the care of personal data, the creation of documents, as well as the organisation and optimization of HR processes. • Employee Lifecycle cooperation: You accompany all phases of the Employee Lifecycle – from the onboarding of new employees, ongoing personnel processes to support offboarding. • Support for internal communication issues: You bring creative ideas for appealing content, create your own contributions, keep an eye on interactions in the employee app and support the planning, organisation and implementation of internal events to promote active, targeted communication and positive interaction. • Analysis & evaluations: You create reports, evaluations and analyses and make a valuable contribution to data-based decisions in the HR sector.

• Study: You are immatricated and ideally study business, human resources management, communication sciences or a comparable course of study. • Interest & experience: You have a pronounced affinity for HR topics and ideally you have already gained first practical experience in the personnel sector. • IT skills: You have very good MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel and PowerPoint. • Language competence: You bring excellent knowledge of German in word and writing. • Working: You work structured, reliable and have a quick understanding. Your own work is as well as constructive cooperation in the team. • Availability: You can support us with about 20 hours a week and bring the necessary flexibility to combine study and student work.
