You will guide your team competently, go ahead as a model and answer the professional, disciplinary and organizational leadership. You are responsible for regular plant and building visits and attend regional technical meetings You coordinate the trades of external companies on the premises You document and control the planning and execution of maintenance work You accept repair orders, order spare parts and ensure their acceptance
