Project Manager for IT Infrastructure (m/f/d)

In order to strengthen the team that supports and continuously develops our IT infrastructure, we are looking for an IT project leader with a focus on IT infrastructure. Together with all stakeholders, you plan and control the introduction of new technologies and the roll-out of new IT components and coordinate the use of internal colleagues and external service providers. You monitor the progress of the project and thus ensure compliance with the project objectives in terms of quality, dates and budget. As a contact person for all project participants, you represent the project at the HanseMerkur. For projects and areas of expertise, you analyze business requirements with an impact on the IT infrastructure, derive solution concepts and serve as an interface for application development. In addition, you will take technological and economic evaluations of IT measures. In all tasks, you will have a look at IT security, high availability, mastery of complexity and regulatory requirements.

You have successfully completed their studies in the field of (economic) computer science or comparable vocational training. Through your experience in IT project management, you have a high level of competence in agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban. In addition, you have extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure and Technology level (client and server hardware, storage, network, virtualization, Linux and Windows operating systems, relational databases, container technologies such as Kubernetes, Infrastructure-as-Code e.g. with Terraform, Backup & Restore and Monitoring), as well as technology experiences with popular cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. You have fun in coordinating and organizing projects in the field of IT infrastructure. You are curious about technologies and the people You need. Your quick understanding and your good judgment are yours. Solution-oriented, pragmatic approach combine with an independent, structured and targeted approach. Even in conflict situations, you are strong in communication and have very good moderation and presentation skills. A high degree of consulting skills and team skills complete your profile.
