Contractor representation for projects in hospital and laboratory construction at Heidelberg site Coordination of engineering offices in complex and demanding new and remodeling in research and clinic areas with monitoring and quality control of planning and construction services Interface management to the other planning structures and departments within the university clinic (ELT, HKLS, MSR, medical technology, fire protection, hygiene, occupational safety, etc.) Cost and time tracking throughout the project Designing and developing strategic, innovative building concepts for sustainable, sustainable building development

Complete degree in architecture / civil engineering or comparable qualification Professional experience with construction projects with a total cost volume of 20 million Euro, if possible in hospital or laboratory construction Knowledge of contract and construction management (HOAI, VOB, AHO) Team skills, communication and organization skills Target-oriented and independent operation Safe appearance and cooperative handling of all parties High readiness, flexibility and enforcement Good computer skills (MS Office)
