in full time or part-time (at least 35 hours) The Studierendenwerk München Oberbayern offers social and economic services for students. As a technical all-rounder, behind the scenes, you ensure that daily mensa operation works smoothly. Your main location is in Arcisstraße 17, 80333 Munich. However, its area of responsibility encompasses several locations within Munich. Installation services: You are responsible for the maintenance and maintenance of the technical facilities as well as of the large kitchen appliances (e.g. output counters). You monitor the overall functionality of the building in Arcisstraße Security checks: You independently carry out the statutory safety checks, e.g. shelf checks or tests according to DGUV V3, and document them conscientiously Disruption Management: Damage and disturbance to equipment fix yourself or coordinate the timely repair by specialist companies External company management: You accompany and monitor external service providers in maintenance or repair operations on site Object support: You take over the closing service for the building and provide a well-maintained appearance through general relief activities (e.g. waste disposal, transport work, maintenance of outdoor facilities). Workshop care: The cleaning and maintenance of the workshop rooms and tools provided to you is also part of your responsibility

(m/w/d) or have a comparable qualification The successfully completed safety check according to DGUV V3 is a mandatory requirement for this position Professional experience in a similar position is advantageous as well as expertise in the field of technical equipment and equipment Good knowledge of German language in Word and Scripture (min.
