Fleet Manager (m/f/d)

You lead the fleet department and are the first contact for our drivers and their concerns You are responsible for employee planning and control the personnel needs You organize the day-to-day business and ensure a smooth process You ensure that our vehicles are in a technically perfect condition You are responsible for the economic success of the department in terms of cost efficiency and profitability You will take care of the successful training of professional drivers trainees You actively participate in projects, both at site level and across borders

You have completed commercial or technical training Ideally, you have a further training on the fleet manager or motor vehicle master You have first relevant professional experience in this area You already have experience in the management of drivers or professional staff with You have a driving licence of class CE and an instructor's accommodation You have secure MS Office knowledge and work quickly into new software applications You communicate clearly and understandably and work constructively in the team, promote exchange and contribute to a positive coexistence
