Supporting a partner secretariat with its well-established team in day-to-day business and project work Implementation of all classical secretarial and organizational tasks, such as telephone and correspondence, appointment and travel management as well as travel cost accounting and time recording using SAP Mandate-specific topics such as communication with the client, accounting, and project management administration Pre- and post-processing of meetings as well as other various organizational and administrative activities for the team Creation of presentations for client discussions
