For our demanding and varied construction projects in and around Düsseldorf we are looking for a:n construction manager:in (m/w/d) HKLS in the area of turnkey construction. There is an interesting and challenging task field, exciting challenges and a strong team that places great emphasis on cohesion. Responsibility for the coordination and control of the plants Heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitation (HKLS) as well as ensuring a smooth construction process Negotiations with technical engineer:inside and after-contracting - skillful conduct of contract and price negotiations Coordination of the operations of specialist engineers:inside, specialist advisers:inside, own staff and after-sales Implementation of our high quality standards Organisation, coordination and management of the construction and planning meetings Monitoring compliance with budget requirements and costs

Complete studies in the field of technical building equipment or a comparable training as a master: in focus HKLS At least 3 to 5 years of professional and project experience as a construction manager:in a construction-executive company knowledge of VOB/B and relevant standards, regulations and standards Good MS-Office knowledge as well as in a billing and calculation program (e.g. RiB iTWO) Enthusiasm for digital applications and innovative process organization Self-employed and conceptual work, negotiation skills and enforcement Flexibility in handling new and changing tasks Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level C1)
