The Customer Service division is in an exciting phase of reorientation. The aim is to align our structures and responsibilities even more consistently with the needs of our internal and external customers and thus to sustainably strengthen the sustainability of our banking IT support. In the course of this further development, an area is created in which the topics of the demand field control and controlling are bundled. First contact person for our customers with questions and problems concerning our bank-related software solutions for a topic in our area such as e.g. Reporting or general banking control Structured end2end support via our ticket system, i.e.: responsibility for your own subject including Implementation of complex subject-specific analyses Self-responsible selection of solutions to the problem solution in the context of existing directives and analytical tools

Designing and quality assurance of customer documentation, training documents and project activities Team-wide cooperation and close exchange within the FI in particular with our application development Local implementation of customer training and workshops

Completed study in the economic or banking sector with two to three years of professional experience or a comparable commercial training in the business or banking sector with at least 5 years of professional experience Embossed analytical understanding and fun in solving complex issues Good analytical understanding of data models and technical interfaces, as well as know-how in carrying out data validations and queries Communicative personality, open work and the ability to proactively incorporate into new topics Expertise in customer consulting Communication and presentation strength as well as team skills
