The focus of your activity is the preparation, negotiation and execution of contracts for the acquisition, the ownership of demand areas for road construction measures and the safeguarding of landscape-care compensation and replacement measures You will negotiate with owners, beneficiaries, tenants or other interested parties and lawyers with the aim of completing construction permits, purchases, exchanges, usage contracts or agreements on the appointment of usability and, where appropriate, Real loads You will examine basic acquisition documents as well as all compensation payments incurred in the basic acquisition, other costs, taxes and fees In the context of expropriation procedures, you submit application documents and take over general activities of the property administration The creation of responses and opinions on objections to basic acquisition issues in plan setting procedures completes your interesting task

Ideal prerequisite is a completed (specialized) university degree with a focus on general administration, agricultural engineering or comparable knowledge, qualifications and experience You have good knowledge of private law, property-related administrative law and street law
