Risk Manager

At the next possible time, we are looking for you as a risk manager:in (w/m/d) in the large project 2nd S-Bahn station at DB InfraGO AG at the Munich site. Your tasks:

As a risk manager:you are responsible for the structured management, coordination and quality assurance of the risk management process within the project “Transport node Hauptbahnhof” As part of the coordination and implementation of the project-specific risk process, you control regular risk identification and assessment workshops at subproject and action level In doing so, you set up the ongoing updating and maintenance of the risk and action lists in coordination with subproject managers: Checking and quality assurance of risk detection with regard to formal requirements, plausibility, completeness and consistency are part of your task As an interface to the central risk management of the overall project, you coordinate the flow of information between subprojects and the central risk management body and contribute to the risk aggregation, categorisation and reporting at the overall project level. You prepare recommendations for risk management from analyses, trend assessments and risk reports for project management, steering circles and external stakeholders: Advising the subprojects in formulating risk descriptions, measures and responsibilities completes your task profile

Your profile:

You have completed your studies as a civil engineer:in, economic engineer:in or project manager:in or over a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in project management of complex infrastructure projects Ideally, you have already acquired knowledge in risk management according to DB standard, V model or comparable methods Experience in dealing with risk management tools (ideally ISBase) and reporting structures Analytical thinking, communication and moderation strength, structured way of working You act responsibly, independent and binding and have fun at work in the team
