We are looking for you from Neuss, Düsseldorf in part-time (21 hours) for a direct setting with the customer as: IG Metall – Assistance der Personalleitung / HR Assistant (m/w/d)

Strong support for the management of staff: You take over administrative, organisational and labour-law tasks with responsibility for their own. Wide HR day business: You accompany the entire staff administration from entry to exit. Professional document creation: You write works council hearings, contracts, certificates and other personal documents. Active cooperation in recruiting: You support applicant management and personnel marketing. Pay processes with in mind: You help in preparing payroll accounting and check bills carefully. Recurring themes: anniversaries, ERA assessments or tariff adjustments – you keep an eye on deadlines and processes. Data & Evaluations: You create statistics, reports and guide personnel overviews. Time management & administration: You maintain the time economy, apply for A1 certificates and run digital personal files.

Closed commercial training, e.g. as a personnel officer:in, office businessman/wife or comparable. Professional experience in HR – ideally in a medium-sized company. Structured mode of operation: You are independent, reliable and understand themselves as service providers:in the company. Fit in MS Office: Word, Excel and Outlook dominate securely; SAP HR knowledge is advantageous. Strong communication: You master German and English in word and writing.
