You take over the department's technical and disciplinary leadership across several locations. You are currently running a 15-strong team of design specialists and are responsible for the necessary personnel development. You actively shape the design strategy, rely on standardization and modularization and integrative new technologies. You continuously develop processes, methods and engineering tools. You plan and tax human resources forward and develop the professional skills in the team. You monitor and control technical projects from the concept phase to the implementation. You work closely with project management, manufacturing, sales and external partners and act as a competent partner to customers and suppliers. You're taxing the department's budget economically and investing in investment decisions.

Complete degree in mechanical engineering, automation technology, process engineering or a comparable technical degree course Multiannual experience in the mechanical construction of complex plants Safe handling of CAD systems such as SolidWorks, Inventor or Siemens NX Knowledge of plant engineering, process engineering or automation is advantageous Strategic thinking, innovation joy and enthusiasm for modern design methods such as design to cost and modular structures Impressed leadership, communication skills and team orientation Structured, solution-oriented and independent mode of operation German and English skills
