For the ''Digitalization & Innovation' area, we are looking at the Oberkochen location at the next possible time Innovation Manager (m/d) The 'Digitalization and Innovation' area is a small team for key functions that supports HENSOLDT Optronics in its technology and innovation activities. We promote our work culture and an innovative mental attitude. Our work is characterized by a dense network and close cooperation with all areas we actively promote. The core technical competencies that are a permanent part of this team are defined by our North Star strategy. We build on continuous support from within and outside - from other teams, departments as well as external companies, students and interns (w/m/d).

Central focus of the Optronics for all innovation topics (technology, product, and business innovations) that cannot be directly assigned to a business or development area CTO-Office's Innovation Centre Definition and regular updating of the Optronics innovation goals, the related strategy and the implementation roadmap/planning Implementation of the HENSOLDT Innovation Programmes and Initiatives in the Optronics Division; incl. communication/training, monitoring and regular reporting Control and implementation of divisional innovation projects Participation and support in transnational innovation projects and initiatives Expansion and maintenance of the innovation network within HENSOLDT-Optronics as well as outside to institutes, universities, state/European/high quality services, partners and customers in coordination with all Optronics and HENSOLDT internal stakeholders Interdisciplinary ideas and technology screening Analysis of markets and trends, customer and user needs Active collection of user information, interests and requirements in cooperation with sales and business areas Promoting internal collaboration and innovation culture through information, motivation and training

Complete studies in the field of computer science, natural sciences, engineering, economics, innovation management, entrepreneurship or a comparable degree programme Multiannual experience in managing and managing small and medium-sized projects You have a high affinity for innovation, technology and future trends You will have an independent and dedicated way of working and will be happy to actively participate Embossed entrepreneurial thinking and action Very good team capacity, enforcing power, initiative and communication skills German and English skills Very good MS Office knowledge
