They create and optimize independently understandable operating and service instructions in German and possibly English. They write and edit texts, photos and illustrations, taking into account standardization, reuse and standard compliance. To create and manage the instructions, use the XML-based editorial system COSIMA and take into account the editorial guides and the metadata concept. They work in an interdisciplinary manner with colleagues from different disciplines, e.g. development, service and application specialists, and organize and monitor your projects for the timely preparation of the instructions. They take into account quality standards, guidelines and standards of medical technology and mechanical engineering and support terminology work. With your expertise, you optimize our workflows and technical documentation systems.

They have a successfully completed degree in the field of technical editorial/technical communication or comparable. Ideally, you already have experience in technical documentation and terminology work as well as good knowledge of the standards and the legal situation on technical documentation. In the past, you have already worked with XML-based editorial systems and workflows, have very good knowledge of text and image processing and are safe to handle the current MS Office programs. They are characterized by their structured, precise operation and high quality orientation. They convince by the ability to communicate complex content in a comprehensible manner, as well as by their pronounced communication and team skills. They have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing.
