You work in a competent and open-minded team in a diverse work area as a cross-group specialist in our Kita. You organize and design the daily routine in our Kita and plan the pedagogical work. You provide care for children between 4 months and 3 years and also involve parents in their work in partnership. The nursing and home care and care are part of your task. You create observation documentation and development reports of their reference children. You actively contribute to the design and quality development of the Kita, plan and take part in team meetings and educational planning days and participate in festivals.

You have completed training as a state-recognized educator or comparable, recognised social education. Educational skills, empathy, creativity and communication strength are basic prerequisites for your work. Your work is not a self-interest – you enjoy working with children, their families and, of course, your colleagues.
