Our special care facility “Haus am Bibowsee” is located in Nisbill, between two whales, directly on the lake. Our focus is on the care and care of people with dementia, addiction and mental illnesses. The highly qualified and dedicated staff cares here in a loving and family atmosphere people with different illnesses such as e.g. dementia, corsakov syndrome, schizophrenia, mania, Morbus Parkinson and Chorea Huntington.

Our “Haus am Bibowsee” has been there since 2004. It offers 105 inhabitants in friendly single and double rooms a perfect place to be maintained and cared for in need. For our residents there are well-equipped social rooms and an approx. 10 hectares of large and well maintained park available, which are regularly used for joint activities. The preservation, promotion and support of the skills (resources) of our residents, their individual life history and living situation with the integration of their habits and desires as well as their well-being is the core of our work and daily drivers – lovingly and individually.

Your tasks:

• The optimal care and psychosocial care services will guide you professionally
• You recognize the personal needs of our residents and take into account and activate your individual skills and resources
• Planning and documenting the holistic and promoting care process
• You are responsible for fulfilling and complying with the legally prescribed structure, process and result quality and thus support our quality management
• As a contact person, you advise the residents and their relatives

• Completion as health care and nursing care*in, nursing or nursing care
