Insourcing the payroll process from an existing service provider Implementation of the correct, timely monthly loan and salary accounting Responsibility for all accounting processes Consideration of shiftwork, different tariff arrangements of several sites, occupational pensions, car schemes, certification Reports to social security institutions, financial authorities, professional associations and insurance companies and support for reporting Leadership of a small team

Insufficient training and several years of professional experience in self-responsible pay and salary accounting, preferably by industrial companies Knowledge of labour, wage and social security law including related reporting Experience in team management and staff management Safe handling of professional personnel and billing software, preferably VEDA time, -delete and -Horizon Planning and organizational capacity, sense of responsibility, care, discretion and trustworthiness. Very good German and good English skills
