ACTIVITIES:

• settlement of appointment tracking and disposition
• Treatment of complaints
• Coordination and monitoring of broadcasting processes
• Daily customer support
• Processing of order processing

SIE BRINGEN WITH:

• completed commercial training, ideally with the Focus on logistics and forwarding
• Practical experience in logistics or order processing of advantage
• Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems
• Excellent communication skills in German
• High team orientation and ability in a dynamic Working environment
• Good organizational skills
