As part of our staff team, you support us in the technical support, administration and further development of HR IT systems. Your tasks include: Participation in the configuration and further development of the rexx systems personnel management system First and second level support for users:inside of rexx Maintenance and administration of MS SharePoint pages in HR context Function as a central contact person for IT tools in the personnel sector close cooperation with the IT department, Key users:inside Test, introduction and regular updating of new HR systems and modules Implementation of internal training and preparation and optimization of accompanying training documents Support in the planning and implementation of HR IT projects active participation through the introduction of ideas for continuous improvement
