Our daily groups "Mueßer Waschbären" and "Kepler Koalas" according to §32 SGBVIII each support 9 children aged between 6 and 14 years and their parents, in spacious family-like rooms. A team of three educators can intensively support the children and their parents and promote both individual support and group work. The day group is very easy to reach by public transport. Our day groups have opened Monday to Friday at 10.30-17.00.

Your tasks:

• Promoting the social skills and conflict resolution strategies of young people
• School and cognitive promotion and support
• Daily structuring of the group sequences
• Close cooperation in the team
• intensive parental work and advice in education
• Close cooperation with the youth office, the health system and network work
• Documentation and Participative Creation of Action Plans and Achievement
• Implementation of measures to protect children
• Establishment and organization of a support network for your children outside the day group
• Participation in service meetings, planning days, case counselling, supervision, training

Your profile:

• You have a degree as a state-approved educator (m/w/d) or comparable
• You enjoy intensive educational work with children with particularly challenging behavior
• You bring experience in working with children with emotional, cognitive and social needs
• intensive parental work is known to you
• The professional relationship work is important for you
• You are interested in close cooperation and mutual support in the team
• Enforcement, empathy and organizational talent
• Interest in the conceptual design of new offers in the group of days
