Security Operations Center Team Leader (m/f/d)

You take the professional and disciplinary leadership of our SOC team and report directly to the CISO. You continuously develop the Security Operations Center both technologically and processally. You coordinate and analyze security incidents and secure a structured incident response together with your team. You work closely with project teams and operational central units and act as a central interface for security operations. You are developing our security architecture and bringing new technologies and approaches, especially in the field of Agentic SOC and AI agencies, into further development.

You have experience in the professional and disciplinary leadership of a SOC team and bring well-founded knowledge in the security operation environment. You have practical experience with EDR/XDR, ideally with Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Security Stack, as well as with SIEM solutions, preferably Microsoft Sentinel. You will bring well-founded knowledge of Incident Response, Threat Hunting and Forensics as well as experience in the further development of SOC structures and security architectures. Ideally, you already have first experiences with Agentic SOC or AI agencies collected in the security field. You are convinced by communication strength, enforcing, team capacity and a high sense of responsibility and security. Also in crisis and attack situations, you maintain a calm, structured and solution-oriented approach. You have a good understanding of relevant laws and regulatory requirements in the field of information and cyber security.
