You assume the overall responsibility of our three real estate centers at Gevelsberg, Wetter and Ennepetal locations. You lead a team of brokers and building finance experts and ensure trusting and motivating cooperation. You support the management and the management board in the further development of the strategic orientation of the real estate business. You accompany the acquisition, placement and support of real estate projects and ensure a high level of consulting quality. You promote the professional and personal development of your employees. You represent the Sparkasse as a reliable partner in the region and maintain the exchange with relevant market players.

A completed bank-based training with further training to the savings bank or bank-based business operator or a comparable qualification. Funded knowledge in the real estate or construction finance business as well as a good understanding of the market and customer needs in this segment. Multiannual experience in a responsible position, ideally with leadership tasks in the real estate environment. A proactive, sales-oriented and value-estimating leader who convinces with clarity, empathy and credibility, motivates and accompanies employees in their development. A strong sense of current and future developments around the property and joy in setting new impulses. Own initiative, contact, personal commitment and negotiation skills. You are a reliable and predictive contact person – for customers, partners and your team.
