This allows us to provide individual and needs-oriented support for children, young people and their families.

In cooperation with the EVIM-education, we in the framework of a versatile and innovative cooperation project in Groß-Gerau are gearing towards the offer „EBU - Education and Education ". We combine school and youth assistance to support students aged 6-12 with social-emotional support needs through social-edagogical group work. In the morning you will support the teaching and accompany students in different learning groups or in individual settings in close coordination with the teachers. In the afternoon you create creative leisure opportunities and promote social learning in practical areas of life.

How your day looks like • You accompany students in close cooperation with your team and teachers, promote their personal development and strengthen their self-confidence through empathy and creativity • With your own ideas, you will create diverse individual and group offers in the field of creative design, sport, nature, cooking, experience education and accompany other events (e.g. swimming pool visits, farm visits, excursions, etc.) • As part of the reference service, you will take on assistance planning and conduct discussions in the context of the social education goal implementation with all the persons involved. • You work in an esteeming environment and encourage a trusting cooperation with teammates, teachers, regional partners and the youth office and shape team conferences and exam sessions with • You can expect small classes, a movement space, a (creative) workshop, a space and many possibilities for creative development
