CNC turner - CAD / CAM / Siemens (m/f/d)

You manufacture high-precision workpieces on state-of-the-art CNC machines You develop the CNC machining sequence using CAD drawings, volume models (STEP, IGES) and clamping means You program the CNC processing sequence via CAM (Inventor and/or MasterCAM) and CNC programs (usually Siemens controls) You operate and monitor CNC machining centers and set the process parameters according to production plan You carry out secondary processes, such as, for example, the clamping of workpieces, measuring adjustment processes and tool renewals You control the manufactured workpieces and continuously optimize the processes in terms of precision and cost-effectiveness

You have a completed training for machining mechanic (m/w/d) You can read CAD drawings and apply the specifications You have programming skills with CAM and CNC programs You have fun and ideally professional experience in manufacturing high precision workpieces You work independently and show their own initiative You have a strong communication and integration capability and very good knowledge of German
