Technical cooperation in the transformation program to replace the current booking system: implementation of CAP analyses, testing requirements in the test system and preparation of workshop topics for the Workstream Core Booking Conducting tests and technical acceptances (UATs) of new system functions as well as cooperation on solution designs and the further development of technical requirements together with internal and external project partners Building sustainable system and process knowledge for existing and new booking systems Ensuring knowledge transfer between day-to-day business and project through collaboration in 1st and 2nd level support of existing reservation and booking systems master data installation and support for data migration and preparation of cutover scenarios Documentation of test results, decisions and open points (Gap catalog) and support in implementing the SOX control requirements in the new booking system
Relevant professional experience in the environment of complex IT, booking or reservation systems, ideally in system support, support or project work Very good analytical understanding of complex system relationships and business processes as well as the ability to quickly and independently work into new system landscapes experience in the analysis and documentation of technical requirements or in the structured testing of system functions; Experience with UATs or system removal is advantageous Ability to critically question technical requirements and technical contexts, prepare them structuredly and develop them together with different stakeholders Secure handling of Microsoft 365, especially Excel; Experience with Jira and Confluence is beneficial Very good knowledge of German and good English for cooperation in an international project environment High self-initiative and a structured, reliable and solution-oriented operation Embossed communication and team skills for cooperation with departments, IT teams and external project partners
