Surgical assistant (m/f/d)

For our modern Smile Eyes Eyes and Laser Center Leipzig Lampestraße we are now looking for several dedicated operational assistance / OTAs / OP experts (m/w/d) in full time. You have just finished your training or already gained professional experience? Your passion is the surgery and the handling of patients? Do you want to take the next step and develop yourself in a dynamic environment and still have regular working hours?

You instrument and assist in cataract, lid, IVOM attacks You are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of the OP rooms as well as the required devices and instruments You know how to prepare and educate patients You document the operations carried out in our digital patient file in a conscientious manner You can also expect more varied tasks

Graduated vocational training as OTA, GuK or MFA (m/w/d) or comparable medical training (m/w/d) Very good knowledge of German at a C1 level High quality awareness and reliability to the team Heartliness and sensitivity in dealing with our patients Ability to clear and empathic communication to patients Joy in taking responsibility and working independently
